They say in Texas if you don't like the weather, just wait 15 minutes, and that was true when I first met up with Chelsea & Colin. Pulling up into the parking lot, the intense rain clouded my vision and I thought "what are we going to do". But then just three minutes later, as they both pulled into the lot, the sun miraculously came through, beaming along with them as they emerged, smiling, unphased, excited to celebrate their engagement in whatever elements came our way.
